So I’d been beating my balls against the wall trying to get this Windows 2003 installation to install on a RAID partition that needs a driver to install. It just wouldn’t copy off of a floppy.

But there is a solution! nLite, a freeware application allows you to take the files off of your Windows installation CD, add your drivers to it and then install away without the goddamn burden of a godforsaken floppy disk.
